Perhaps not, but it seems more prevalent among women.
Example: That one chick (insert name here) made a thread, some other ones troll it in a seemingly aggressive way. You make a similar thread, the first chick shows up and complains.

And is the internet not utilized by humans? While it's true that people generally act differently in real life, isn't their behavior online a way to express their innermost thoughts and feelings without any real fear of repercussions?
