Thing that sucks about it is that it's tedious. Kill the deathsinger and then spend 20 minutes cleaning up mobs for no reward

You have to kill most of the knight before it is possible to start the endfight.

Ahh cool we always do take a lot of them out to clear a path

It's much better to clear everything if you don't want to wipe right before the endfight. We did a flawless raider on crota and it helps a lot if you kill anything after the deathsinger is down. :)
