You dont have to be 32, you can do everything in the game at 31 so whats the big deal with wanting to be 32? The raid is supposed to be the hardest part of the game, it is a door and the best gear is behind it. If light level 36 gear just dropped from anything it would defeat the purpose of making a raid in the first place. The way i feel is if you cant beat the raid then you dont deserve the gear. There are tons of people cheesing and soloing this raid and getting their gear, and you may not want to get it that way but it will get you to level 32, but if you dont want to put in the work than you dont deserve the gear.
