Unless your doing the raid 32 is useless so until an iron banner comes out again you don't need it

IB will [b]NOT[/b] get you to level 32. 1) IB is open to everyone, and only people that own the DLC can get to level 32 2) IB only will have 2 items(total) that will have the required amount of light to reach level 32. That means that you will need either 2 pieces of IB gear and 2 pieces of raid gear OR 2 pieces of IB gear , 1 exotic and 1 raid piece. IB gear alone will not be enough.

He didn't say it would. He said that outside of iron banner and the hard raid, there's no reason to get to 32
