Ha Halo was originally supposed to be multiconsole/pc game but Microsoft swept in and grabbed them. Bungie doesn't owe Microsoft anything, it basically defined the Xbox for years. Everybody hated that shitty giant xbox controller that we could barely hold as kids but we kept playing for halo. I know if it was on the Playstation, I would have easily switched earlier.

Bungie was on the verge of going out if business when MS bought them because one of their games had to be recalled (it was deleting people's hard drive data). The purchase saved Bungie.
