You're naive if you think Titanfall being Xbox exclusive had nothing to do with it. Read Geoff Keighley's book, The Final Hours of Titanfall and you'll understand how personal that lawsuit was. Don't pat yourself on the back too hard. The only thing you've shit on is yourself.
