Correct, Bungie owns the rights and trademarks for all things destiny but by buying the game both parties you and Bungie agree to terms and conditions which all others are nullified by federal law that you own the content of the game and fyi no game company can employment a lifetime ban because it's illegal. Especially in this case with the product liability clause because Bungie has the ability to fix this glitch but it remains allowing guardians to do it

Agreed. Just like in Reach, bungie was not the company that instated the bans (yeah not lifeime, 90 days I believe). Its was the actual platform companies that instated it.

Corrects the actual network policies I believe tie more to psn and Xbox live. I don't mean to argue but I find beauty in how people can find these. Probably mostly dumb luck. But while yes rockstar does put cheats in the game I believe this finding glitches (super jump halo 2) are legitimate ways until they become fixed.
