There is no modification or disruption to the network. If your application of these rules were to apply, anyone who's console has disconnected from their network should be banned. Logic doesn't hold, as many people have the occasional router problem and disconnect.
You've taken it out of context, cheesing crota only requires the host to disconnect his console from his home network, there is no disruption or modification to the PSN.
But I highly doubt you care if people get banned, I think the point of your post is to highlight your anger for those who cheese Crota, in that case, it is fully justified.

No I really dont care if they cheese. If thats how they have fun thats their business. Just wanted to bring it to attention. And I responded to a similar comment that it happens when people do it over and over and over at the same spot in the game. They can see it.
