You may not cause disruption to or modify or damage any account, system, hardware, software, or network connected to or provided by SEN for any reason, including for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in a game. You reworded it to suit your needs. You may not cause disruption to any network connected to our provided by SEN for any reason would be a more accurate summary. This is saying you can't cause a disruption to the network provided by SEN. Nowhere in there does it say "network connection". Since disconnecting isn't disrupting the network it isn't against these terms. Disconnecting is interrupting your connection to Bungie's network, not disrupting. This section is meant to cover things like DDOS attacks or using a botnet to bloat the server so less real people can play, allowing you to gain an unfair advantage by progressing faster than other people. Besides, it's not even an unfair advantage unless Bungie says it is. Sony won't ban you for using an exploit unless the games producer makes it clear that it is forbidden.

Actually it does say network connection. Quoted from PSN terms of service. Section 3. Link at top.
In your words you say "disruption to network connection", implying your connection to the network. IE, your ethernet cable, wifi, ect. In Sony's words it says "disruption to any network connected to or provided by SEN" implying the actual network. IE, PSN, Destiny's servers, ect.
