I am a leader. Here are tips that not too many people know, and I have to end up telling my team:
When playing hard raid and getting marked by oracle wait for the thing to say Marked by oracle x2, that way you only have to cleanse once and don't have to wait for it to recharge.
In the portals, two people go in, one shoots 2 rpgs and leaves, so he doesn't get marked, and the other person finishes up the templar.
When you get the shield jump up and spam melee, so you ''fly'' across all the enemies without getting shot and make it to the portal fast and save.
During Atheon: After you open the portal, go and stand on top of it, that way the supplicants don't go near the portal, plus they can't kill you from down there. You can also shoot them and kill them once they spawn.
In the portals: One grabs the shield and the other person helps him kill the mobs. One person can deal with the first oracle by himself.
While in the middle holding the shield: Don't be near the wall or too in front, the splash damage will get you. And jump to the back and run as far away of supplicants so they don't kill you.
I always find myself saying this kind of stuff in all my raid teams.
