  • Um no. I don't care if you have only TWO possible items. A "pattern" to disprove equal probability cannot be determined with only 13 trials. If I roll a fair die 13 times and 6 times I roll a 3, does that PROVE that my die is weighted? Not one freaking bit

  • He's not talking about running controlled tests, or finding patterns. He's basing it off of mathematics, in an attempt to disprove that Xur is RNG. That's one method of figuring this out. Another method is X amt of trials in order to find out the probability.
