yeah i learned that randomly against Balus Taarch or whatever his name is about a month ago... You go crouch behind those little walls on the ledges. don't stand too close though. maybe like a foot away from it worked best for me. its awesome... crouch while the ice breaker charges up. when its full you just pop up and unload a clip. then disappear just as quickly. easy money baby :)
