Again. A couple hundred people on the Internet who believe a Reddit post doesn't amount to much. You're basically saying that Bungie should address these people just because they believe it with no proof. If they actually had some substance, I might agree. But a -post- from a guy claiming to be an ex-employee doesn't need more of a reply than what they gave, which is that he's full of crap.. As for the story that is actually in-game, if the people who complain about it actually had a leg to stand on, I might take them seriously. Instead, almost everyone who says they didn't like it just didn't bother paying attention. I can link dozens of threads where people make the same ridiculous claims again and again, only to be showed up once someone who knows what they are talking about comes around.
And plenty of Destiny's vendors have more personality than the Guards in Skyrim. As a Titan, I walked past Ikora and she said 'DId you finally get tired of punching things, Titan?'. Cayde, Banshee, hell, even the sweeping robots have more personality than the Guards.

Please read what i post at least. The few hundred in THIS forum are not even a minority here. It´s fine that you recognized some of those threads and could even link them. It´s just a single step from there to realize that it is a representive number in this case - anyway i´m sure you guys thinking alike will have to realize that soon because you´re going to be forced to it. It´s not us but when your nice companies pull the plug you won´t have much to deny. None of the "few hundred" just says (neither do i) oh Architect 404 is the truth and we worship him now as our new god or something. It´s just true that the article spoke aloud what others think (do i really have to become as repetitive as Destiny - well perhaps you´ll get it then). Our leg to stand on is that the hype was build around "a rich story based content". Never heard so much lies in such a short statement. And your story that is there would be done in under 12 minutes of time if cut together in a row. An unsorted short mix up of several vague ideas or actually useless information leading to a even more vague and rather unfinished open end. WOW i´m deeply impressed. What makes it hard is that some clowns tend to compare this crap to other great movies / stories / or even games. Anyway you´re the Fanboy and i won´t be buying anything from Bungie again and will test out every new Activision product i´m interested in very careful before purchase. And you won´t change that. If it makes you happy let´s see about a sequel of Destiny or if how the sales will develop. Please don´t become too ridiculous about Skyrim - you´re actually talking about a game that has rich story based content and was GOTY therefore. This one? ROFL Personally i think they should go down for this. Like with all FBs you can´t take criticism on your beloved. And that is completely ok. But don´t try to pretend what others say was nonsense just because you fell in love with it. Actually it´s you standing on very thin ice. ^^
