None of the story makes sense because these are just re-hashed Halo ideas being duct-taped together for the sole reason of making Activision money. All Destiny's ideas were building towards Halo 5: Guardians. The traveler is the sphere from Halo 4. Ghosts are Guilty Sparks, etc.
