Yeah they can block level advantages in Crucible but they can't have a modifier to alter damage output when going between PVP and PVE?
it is a total load of crap. Then again Blizzard/Activision does the same thing to abilities in World of Warcraft, when it comes to PVP PVE must suffer. oh ...crap Bungie/Activision.... NOOOOOOooooo!!!!
