First, you're over-generalizing programming code; it's actually not that difficult to change if done efficiently in the first place. Second, where is the crit spot on a Minotaur? I think the problem most people have is not that they want an overpowered weapon for PvP, but that PvP balance shouldn't come at the expense of PvE nerfs. Bungie is sending the message that we shouldn't expect to get anything amazing in the future because it might disturb the balance of crucible, which is supposedly only a side activity to the PvE.

  • Minotaur is under the head. remove head by normal means aim the void that is left does increased damage for me most of the time. I find it VERY effective method to dealing with mino's. as for the other forms of vex no idea maybe the white gem but I normally aim center mass on them any way.
