It's a balance patch. Things that were clearly overpowered are being reworked. There shouldn't be one single weapon or type of weapons that are better in every way. Otherwise there would be no reason to ever get any other gun ever again. Apparently for you, it's not enough to earn a hard-to-get weapon, you've got to justify to yourself. It must be better than everyone else as well. People can already see that you have it, they see the name when they get shot. Is that not enough? Your suggestion of "GO GET A MYTHOCLAST YOU IDIOT!" also manages to contradict what else you've said. Let's say people do just that, which isn't going to happen because not everyone has a group of people to play with constantly or the time to find one. Now almost everyone is running around with this gun, with no reason to use anything else. Well now everyone is equal; so much for that whole "becoming legend" thing. By the way, this is a multiplayer game. If you want to actually feel like the all-powerful legend you so desire to be, I would suggest Skyrim or Fallout.
