There's a very strong correlation between people who don't like balance and people who can't seem to use grammar correctly.
EDIT: Well now you've added paragraphs. Don't I look foolish.

Balance in for those who would rather be given what someone else has, instead of earn what someone else has. But if all you can disagree with is my grammer, then you find my argument valid. Thank you for your continued support.

I'm sorry, i can see yout point, and to some extend you are definitely right... You worked your ass off for that gun, so other players noticing the gun in your hands should digitaly bow and pay respect to you and i'm not being ironic or sarcastic here! Because thats the whole point of grinding and farming. Progressive players should definitely be rewarded in ways casual players can't be. BUT!!! What Bungie are trying to do here, is not only balancing the weaponry, it's about balancing the community/players. Not everybody has the final ambition to beat the raid in hard mode and get the mythoclast. It's everybodys own choice, how they want to play the game...so there are only 2 options: 1. You create a separate matchmaking queue, only Lvl 25 and up are allowed or make it even players, who finished the raid at least once get their own queue. That way, you divide the players...low level players/chars don't get to play with the high-level players/chars. 2. You try and balance the armory, and when i look at the stats and my personal experiences with the mythoclast (my pov was always on the wrong side of the barrel!:)) I sure that after this nerf, a skilled player can still wreak havoc with it. But with this option, players can still put their low-level chars up against high-level berserkers...because thats what we pay for in the end...to play the game as we want to. Because putting a insanely OP gun into the game kind of pushes EVERBODY to do one thing and one thing only: GET IT... And thats were the real irony starts, because isn't that what all of the very "talkative" people in the forums complain about? That bungie promised a huge, varied experience where players can chose they're own path, who they want to be, where they want to go, what kind of fighting style the chose? The mythoclast is nothing but a contradiction to that! And to be quite honest, you can hate and complain as much as you want to, but in terms of rewarding and motivating players in PVP bungie could learn A LOT from Call of Duty (any part)!!

It's a balance patch. Things that were clearly overpowered are being reworked. There shouldn't be one single weapon or type of weapons that are better in every way. Otherwise there would be no reason to ever get any other gun ever again. Apparently for you, it's not enough to earn a hard-to-get weapon, you've got to justify to yourself. It must be better than everyone else as well. People can already see that you have it, they see the name when they get shot. Is that not enough? Your suggestion of "GO GET A MYTHOCLAST YOU IDIOT!" also manages to contradict what else you've said. Let's say people do just that, which isn't going to happen because not everyone has a group of people to play with constantly or the time to find one. Now almost everyone is running around with this gun, with no reason to use anything else. Well now everyone is equal; so much for that whole "becoming legend" thing. By the way, this is a multiplayer game. If you want to actually feel like the all-powerful legend you so desire to be, I would suggest Skyrim or Fallout.

You obviously didn't put in the hours of work and determination to earn the gun yourself and are obviously too lazy. So rather, you want to screw everyone else over that has put in the time just so you don't have to earn it. You would rather this be like every other pvp game where level 1 is the same as lvl 60. Well there are all sorts of games like that to choose from. Bungie promised us a different game and all we are trying to do here is help them remember their overall vision. Otherwise this game is no better than halo or call of duty.

Whoops accidental like. I don't even have time to try and describe how many things are wrong with your comment. "Obiviously too lazy". Sure pal, make the baseless assumptions you need to sleep at night. I can do that too. Apparently you can't read or be reasoned with, an you only care about yourself and not anyone else who as paid for this game. "all we are trying to do here is help them remember their overall vision." Funny, that's what I'm trying to do, by preventing it from being taken over by people spamming the same thing over and over.

I don't think you understand what destiny was made. Justin he was made for the hard-core gamers for casual gamers you just want to play crucible all day long. I didn't know so that they can try to appeal to more people. But in doing so, now they're trying to please both people with the same game. But The problem with it is though is that we use the same character for both parts of the game. Meaning that when they started out, they should've made separate weapon separate gear separate characters for crucible and Vanguard. But now because they didn't, people in the crucible don't appreciate the hard work with people playing Vanguard to put in so they're trying to take it all away just so that they can not die as much. Meaning that the hundreds of hours that me and my team have spent in this game is now equal to someone who is just barely joined the game has not even played more than an hour

Honestly, I think the PvP in this game was a terrible idea. It's just a fundamentally flawed concept for a game with character progression and hard-to-obtain unlockable weapons, but people would have complained if they didn't put it in. I would much rather just stick with the PvE and enjoy the story and explore the universe it's in. I love driving around in patrol mode exploring stuff. I would love to go on a raid, but I don't know when I'll have an uninterrupted block of time to find 5 other people to do it with. I have two electrical-computer engineering exams next week to study for and I have to get up before sunrise in the morning to drive the 25 miles to class. But considering that the crucible does exist, doesn't it make sense to actually balance it to make it fun? If it wasn't balanced, there would be even more people quitting in the middle of matches than there already are (ooooh I hate those people). I'm sure they appreciate the work you put in already when they see your level, your shiny armor, and those cool looking weapons. Someone who has only an hour in the game is still not going to have many abilities, or have a selection from each type of available weapon. They are still certainly not going to be equal in PvE. Now let's say they nerf it in the crucible, but not in PvE. It seems like it was so powerful that there wasn't really a reason to use anything else once you got it. So once more people have it, they won't use anything else either. Instead of people picking weapons based on their playstyle (someone who likes long distance picks a sniper rifle, someone prefers close quarters picks a shotgun, etc.), they pick the thing that has much better stats. Now there's a lack of variety in loadouts. I don't know about you, but being surrounded by people who are all using the same weapon as me would lessen the appreciation of how much work went into getting it. It doesn't feel very special anymore. Seems like it would still need to be nerfed at least slightly in PvE to get it more in line with other types of exotic weapons. Speaking of picking weapons based on stats rather than playstyle, this is a reason why they needed to nerf autorifles as well. Autorifles became the dominate weapon everywhere, even in PvE. I originally used scout rifles (because I like the quick and accurate headshots they give) but then I compared a couple un-upgraded rare autorifles to my upgraded scout rifle in PvE and (at the same distance) a single autorifle round was dealing about 2/3 the damage of a scout rifle headshot. No wonder the autorifle was being used so much. It can hold more than twice the ammo, fire much faster, and was nearly as accurate for ranges below sniper rifle type distances. It pretty much made other types of primary weapons obsolete, so now everyone was using similar weapons and it made things less interesting. It made finding new kinds of weapons kind of pointless because why would you ever use something else when its stats are so inferior to what you've been using, even if you would find this new weapon more fun or satisfying to use.
