This will make champions who do not have natural escapes more viable. There are some really cool tricks involving thresh and his lantern. For example, to engage on enemy team taking baron, Thresh pulls himself over, drops his lantern, and his whole team joins him without using flash. Then they have the ability to flash out if needed.

I think only one person can use the lantern.

It will definitely buff adcarries that don't have escapes.
