Vishra:
Positives:
+You understand the game well enough to not blindly follow common builds and to challenge those builds with your own.
+You also have good focus when it comes to important objectives and keeping us on track
Negatives:
-You think you're the hottest -blam!- since you got Gold. Like real talk, you talk down to a lot of us sometimes when we may know the game better, or have been playing for a lot longer. Obviously time doesn't necessarily mean skill, but you sometimes act like you know everything.
-This follows up with the previous. You sometimes call shots that get us into bad situations. You over-estimate your own abilities or under estimate the enemies, or you don't notice some pattern that ends up getting people killed.
Dan The Man
Positives: You carry, nuff said.
Negatives: We don't do the Brothers Lane enough to practice and perfect it.
Really though you are a star player and you just gotta talk to us cause youre -blam!- hilarious.
Theo C-C-Combos.
Positives: You call good shots. You know when and where the team should be, who needs to get their -blam!- together and who is doing great. You also play a good variety of top and jungles, which can be two harder roles because they needa take the flak (jungle) and needa build up those hefty shoulders (top).
Negatives: You aren't always the most aware to your own duties. There will be times where a lane is going down and you are off jungling, when you could have just gone there. You are getting better with this though.
Gavin: Pretty much what other people said. You do good at supporting, just needa branch out and use different supports. Also build Zeke's herald if Dan is fed like he usually is.
Darkest of Aces: You hate on me a lot, I don't know why :( and you get hated on a lot, I don't know why :(
You play just fine, you have a decent variety of champs you can play. The only negative I can think of is you just needa make sure as a Top Laner not to feed your lane. Top laners are strong enough as is with all the farm they get. Kills matter a lot more up there, as most top laners are tanks or bruisers that can steamroll all over the rest of the team in fights. So just win your lane more and don't get so upset when everyone is blaming you. I tuff through it, so can you.
Jank: Needs to join MBT. Nuff said.
Anyone I am forgetting?
TL:DR
Vish: You arent as great as you think you are.
Dan: You are as great as you think you are. Tell me more.
Gavin: Branch out more, youre a solid support
Theo: Just be more aware of your role
Ortizzl: Haters gonna hate, get better at holding out in a disadvantaged lane
Myself:
Pros: Alec you can play a wide variety of roles and champs "solidly" which lets the rest of your team play their best, which is great. You take a natural leadership role from habit and from playing the game obsessively.
Cons: You get too damn cocky son. You sometimes lose faith in your team to accomplish goals, and you sometimes act like you are way better than them and know this game better. This causes you to dive too deep sometimes, breaking up the good leadership role you had. Learn to respect your teammates skills and they will respect yours more.
Also, play what you are good at. Don't play something just cause you haven't played it in a while or are in the mood to play it.
Ex: You dominate with Swain. You decide to go Vlad cause you wanna try to get better with him, you feed hard with vlad. Shoulda gone Swain.
