The first paragraph will state your desire of purchase and why it is you want that item(s). The second paragraph will state your status as a citizen in your society. Are you employed? Are you a student? The third paragraph will explain why it is you cannot obtain the riot points by any other means such as other family and friends. The fourth paragraph will state what you plan to do with the purchase of the riot points and how you plan to show your gratitude for it.
