[/quote] Best thing to do if you need to get more champions to meet the count is buy all the 450 IP champs. Just among them their are multiple champions for every single role, and most of them are pretty competitive too. With them it should probably give you the full 16, if not, grab a 1350 or two. If you like Malphite top lane, you should try out Nunu top lane. He's actually impossible to move in laning phase without a ganking jungler, because Consume is too damned ridiculous right now. I can't even outsustain him with Vlad anymore, which is kinda stupid imo.
