1. I bet you arent black 2. A black person born in America could be refered to as "African American" but some of us dont like being called african because thats where we were -blam!-in born. My mother was born on a Carribean Island and calls herself black not African American.

I don't give a -blam!- what you or your mother call yourselves, facts are your lineage goes back to Africa, therefor you are African. I don't have the be black to understand this concept, but apparently you need to understand a little bit of biology and geography to understand it.

Black Americans, whom are decedents with no real identification with the heritage they were detached from, do not identify as African Americans. Africans that have recently immigrated to America and gotten citizenship, however, are African American.

regardless, they are not considered "black", politically correct is saying "African American". personally i don't care and this was a joke for Uki, but you people turn this into an ignorant farm fest. Regardless of whether they came from Africa or not, ALL black people originate from Africa because that is their heritage. Don't act like people can't go to a different country for generations and then all of a sudden they are not descendants of where they come from.
