Dark Souls 2 Smelter Demon, until I figured out which direction you have to roll.

Roll diagonally to your left, Smelter's sword arm. This should get you behind him and you won't have to roll again, then wait for him to finish his attacks and then you attack.

Yeah I know that now, I can beat him pretty easily. Only problem I have is that thing where he knocks you flying and you get stuck inside the wall.
