Annual Pass Issue

I have the Lightfall + Annual Pass installed on my Xbox but the in-game content is not there. In the Eververse store, it shows purchased/owned and the Microsoft store shows "installed/playable". I need assistance with this because the content is missing.

Did you buy the Annual Pass Edition using the same account you are playing on or do you have a separate purchasing account?
