Did you buy the Annual Pass Edition using the same account you are playing on or do you have a separate purchasing account?

  • I bought all the previous ones on my account but used a different account this time. We didn't have issues with this before and it's not even giving me the option to purchase Lightfall + Annual Pass. I went through and made sure it's all installed as well

  • The season passes and dungeon key parts for the Annual pass edition are in game unlocks that are unlocked for the purchasing account and are unable to be shared. So, in your case the account you used to buy the expansion has the extra content.

  • Yeah, it's just not letting me buy it as well. Just shows owned everywhere so just unsure how to even get it but I'll keep looking. Thank you!
