i have been perma banned
i didnt play last season, but when i saw the final mission i thought about getting back into it for lightfall. So i played it then went afk in the tower and went to bed. When i woke up it saids my account has been perma banned, i have never cheated, exploited, or used macros. I tried the ban appeals but keep getting the same bot response about my ticket being closed and them not doing anything. They havent even explained why, i have over 2000 hours and all the dlcs. Can anyone help me get my account back?
