So today (5/5/2020) I asked my dad if I could buy the season pass. He said yes, so we went on the ps store and found out that I could only buy it on a US account. (No wonder I'm the only person who plays D2 in Peru). Now, we already knew this, because we've had the same problem when buying expansions (you can create an American account in the psn, buy stuff and you can use it in your main non-US account). But when it comes to buying silver, it seems to be impossible. I tried to find out if anybody was selling codes for silver, yet the only thing I found was US codes, which will not work in S.America or the rest of the world which is not USA.
I've been playing D2 since 2017, and I've gone through so much of the game that I really don't (emphasis on DON'T) want to start from scratch in a US account.
I thought maybe a solution would be cross saving my account and then making another platform the main account, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. So DO NOT do it.
So then we thought we could just add me as a family member so I could share my dad's US wallet, but no. In 2020 all parents still live in the same country as their kids. NOT!!!! Seriously Sony, you think maybe some parents don't live in different countries?
In the end, Bungie, I really, really want you to take my money and you to give me silver.
Could you please find a solution for me.

Unfortunately, this is a matter you will have to speak to Sony about. Bungie has no control over the PS marketplace rules.
