Unable to Redeem Crimson Days Emblem Code

Trying to claim my emblem code before the expiration time on Feb 18, it is still Feb. 17 in my time zone and I am getting an error code. It gives me this error: ERROR This token is attached to an expired offer that is no longer available. (2021) Please help... I have a screen grab of my emblem code that I tried to redeem if you need it.

  • Yeah, I earned both sparrows, but never got the emblem. I didn't even receive an email from Bungie saying I earned the reward, and when I go to the rewards page it's not there now since the weekly reset happened. It's very disappointing that I got both sparrows just to earn that emblem because I actually LIKE that emblem, and now I can't get it. "Players need to already have the code to redeem it." This actually makes me really sad seeing as I - and it looks like many others - didn't get their email notifications to claim the reward. When I play Destiny I'm playing and not looking at the Bungie rewards page outside of the game. Will there be any consideration to help those who have both sparrows on their account who should have earned the emblem but for some reason didn't get the code? I certainly hope so, but I'm not sure. Lesson learned about looking at Bungie rewards online every week, I guess.
