Switch Season Pass Back to PC

Hello, I accidentally had cross save enabled when I logged onto the PC version after purchasing Shadowkeep deluxe edition. Now the season pass is locked to my Xbox characters and cross play has been disabled. I have seen other players who have been able to have a one time switch over. How do I go about requesting this? I have no plans to play the Xbox characters moving forward.

  • Hi there. Thank you for your report. Season Passes are bound to the first Destiny account that a player logs in with after their purchase, even if no characters have been created on it yet. For that reason, we urge all players to set up Cross Save prior to purchasing Shadowkeep, if they intend on playing with characters from different platforms. Players who applied their Season Passes to an unintended Destiny account for any reason will still find that their Season Passes are available on those characters if they ever choose to log in with them.

    • Nothing can be done. Bungie warned us that the season pass is locked onto the first characters who use Shadowkeep. If you want the season pass for another set of characters you will have to buy the silver and buy the pass again in game.

      • The season pass is account specific. The licence only works for the account it was bought on.

          Started a new topic: Transfer season passes to PC

        • On the same boat. Was told two different answers. One employee on this forum said that Bungie is actively investigating this issue. One employee who was responding to my support ticket via email said that nothing can be done and provided nothing about the "active investigation" in their response. Super frustrating.
