It means that they made something specifically for the streamers, and is making 99% of players wait to do the new content until that 1% figures something out. He’s upset not just that there’s content we can’t get to yet, but also that 99% of the community can’t participate in something fun.
They could’ve just made a tough mission or something that would limit player entry for a little bit and create some excitement for streamers but give something that the other 99% could work to accomplish too.

Why does everyone assume streamers are the smartest of the player base when it comes to actual puzzles? These streamers rely on smart people from reddit to figure stuff out.

It's not about them being smarter. It's about the rest of us that dont have a thousand people to watch and help us complete it which is what it's taking to get it done.
