Kind of sorta agree.
Hand cannons in terms of range are fine now. And the idea of bloom to force to time your shots sounds awesome, but it needs to be toned way down as it's just too punishing as it currently stands. In addition they need to have that ridiculous reserve ammo nerf undone.
Pulse Rifles are fine in terms of range, but the higher impact messenger archetype needs to be returned to it's former 2 shot glory.
Autos are in the same position in as pulse rifles. They need their higher impact shadow price types brought up to at least the same time to kill as a doctrine.
Scouts are fine as is.

So having the same ttk as a Doctrine across a much greater range is going to be very imbalanced.

Boom it's a great idea... To let your opponent get free kills because your weapon is not killing anything.
