Hmm, I never thought of it that way. That is a good point. But, you don't think that without the nerfs those hand cannons already had, that they still outclassed legendary? I personally think legendary weapons had a better chance pre-boom nerfs. And now with bloom, legendary HC are hurt more than they should be.
