No. Lol. Edit: Primaries are not the problem. There's still too much of an abundance of special ammo and nothing will change until they take spawning with it off and reduce the frequency of the drops. People who aren't using primaries are doing so not because they're bad weapons, but because this game's PvP rewards people for ignoring them.
