what's bloom?

Whenever you fire a hc, the bullet doesn't go exactly where you aim. There's a sort of invisible cone where your bullet might go. Pretty RNG that dictates wether you hit your target of not. Or invisible recoil you can't compensate for. A pretty stupid mechanic imo
