Granted that some primary archetypes need buffs in relation to eachother but I'm against a general buff that will shorten TTK. This game lacks the maps, spawn mechanics and strategies to be a "who sees who first" game - it would basically be the special meta on any weapon and at any range. Do you really want to consistently get shot in the back and die because someone came around that one corner 0.2 seconds ago and you had literally no chance to turn and respond? I don't.
Hence, the only solution is to almost get rid of special ammo entirely and work on better maps for Destiny 2. Maps where the teams natually will set up instead of just randomely running arond the map all match or sitting at the end of that one sniper lane.

This game has never been a "who sees who first" game. This game as it is right now is Titanfall-level movement, map sizes smaller than CoD, and TTK of Halo. The TTK of Halo CANNOT work in this game if the game is ever going to reach it's full potential. It really is that simple.

Auto rifles already need a ttk buff. Pulse rifles like nirwens need a buff. They require three bursts but hawksaw does the job way faster Pulse rifles like messenger need a buff. They have such a slow ttk if you don't land every single headshot. Hand canon buff won't affect ttk in any way
