In my experience it's now Scout > Pulse >= Autos > HC
There are exceptions. a Grasp of Malok with high stability seems to beat everything. I can't seem to get good with Hawksaw though. MIDA at right range is still very good, but not as good as when it had HCR and their heads were snapping back with the flinch
Legendary Hand Cannons are utterly useless for the casual player

all hc users say thier weapon of choice is the worst thats bs cuz 90 percent of poeple have hc sniper equited the rest have shotgun scout and pulse and autos get the crumbs stop spreading lies hc lover
