And make guardians faster.
Make them go from standing to sprinting faster
Make guardians turn and look up and down faster (without changing aimed scope speed)
Make guardians strafe faster
Change the radar so it pings rather than showing enemy position at all times, so corner humping or jump like idiots behind a doorway isn't the way to play the game.

Just played some Titanfall 2 stress test and played a few matches on destiny, felt like I was in slow motion lol. Of course I don't think we need THAT much movement and you probably aren't implying that either, more speed and agility would be nice to have.
