If you are close enough to a shoulder charging Titan to be killed by his shoulder charge, then yes, you damn well better believe your own sticky grenade is going to kill you. And no, you cannot just run away from it. If you have ever played as a warlock, which obviously you have not, then you would know they have an extremely slow jump and they will never get away from their own sticky grenade at that range.
