I disagree about shadestep being fine, it wasn't fine and it was the biggest crutch in the entire game. You could pretty much get out of every bad situation by just spamming shadestep. No skill was required. Smoke was fine imo just a bit annoying.

You're exaggerating.
-
Not really, there's a reason why every Hunter used nightstalker in trials
-
I used gunslinger....
-
I never played you in trials then. Legitimately 100% of the hunters I faced in Trials before the update used nightstalker.
-
Wow! Thanks for that little nugget of wisdom! I'm totally on your (wrong) side of thinking now!

Whatever you say man.

Usually.

See I think smoke is way more valuable then shade step... All you have to do is get a couple shots off and throw smoke and it's over... Shadestep could be killed in animation... All in all those two things kinda makes up for the unreliable delayed super... I can't tell you how many times I shot my arrow, get killed by the guy I just shot, then he dies

Nighstalker is a joke now. I mained it for 6 months and after the nerf maybe played it for 2 hours. The only reason for Nightstalker to exist was shadestep - simple as that. It kind of compensated the non existing armor, the stupid super and the laughable grenades. Now you could get around the joke grenades by sacrificing two attacks at the same time, but they also *fixed* this problem now. When I play my striker I can reliable get 3-5 kills each game with my lighting grenade without being near my opponents or risking anything. Getting a kill with the now fixed Nightstalker grenades is close to impossible or you need to really commit and risk dying. Oh, and about the buffed super in PVP: Try to hit a blinking bladedancer or skating sunbreaker with an arrow that needs time to bend the bow and has travel time. Because if you *just* tether them, they will still kill you. And of course, the super cancelling arrow is still not able to burst a bubble. Nightstalker is a sad joke now.
