You know, it's not useless. We just can't depend on it as much.
Please, don't support us victimizing ourselves even further. I'd really like my hunter class to grow a pair.

This was more a general observation of a Titan. I just feel bad when I get outplayed by a hunter who now lands a knife but I stay alive.

Hunters with an ounce of gun skill aren't going to worry too much about the tiny 10% damage we lost. In very select circumstances a hunter will die just because of the 10% damage loss.

10% is a reasonable percentage margin. These margins are the difference more often than not. I can definitely see your point of view though.
