I find gaming forums are quite a sad reflection of what.I generally consider spoilt and over-privileged younger generation... but some would say I'm a cynical pessimist.

I'm pretty sure that's just age kicking in. Every generation considers the next one to be bad/lazy/whatever. People were up in arms about Elvis being the death knell of society, for example.
