I haven't played for a week.
Somehow, I doubt that the vast majority of players forgot how to use Supers in that time, nor do I see how that is relevant whatsoever.

Not how proximity detonation works, both rockets and hammers have an impact component that will be dealt if there is a direct hit, as proximity detonation won't cause you to lose damage.
