You [i]need[/i] Radiant Skin to be able to survive a direct hit from [b]1 hammer.[/b] In terms of damage-dealing and killing power, Stormtrance is outright better than Arc Blade. Greater range, no glitchy hit detection, longer duration, excellent mobility and negating the need for aiming more precisely "general direction of the enemy". Doesn't mean that I haven't killed players in both of them while outside of my Super, doesn't necessarily mean the Supers are bad either.
