Crank the flinch way up. Problem solved. If they catch you first they get the kill. But if you catch them hard scoping or they miss you should still have a chance to win the engagement.
As of now snipers can take multiple shots and still connect a precise shot to the dome. Doesn't make sense.

Do you honestly think snipers don't have a lot of flinch already? Idk about you, but when I get shot, my scope has a seizure.

Yeah don't have that problem. I take multiple direct hits from primaries and am still able to get clean head shots with my sniper.
