I learned early on in this game to be good at jumping puzzles so I can take a smoke break. Hell with all the failing at the jumping I could go to the store, buy a pack, smoke one and come back to some guy being flinged away by a wall dildo somewhere at the start.

I raided with forum randoms yesterday. One guy in particular struggled so badly at the Golgoroth to Deathsingers section, I could have flown to a tobacco plantation in Asia, picked my own, prepped it, shipped it back to the UK, and then went to smoke a full packet by time he got his decrepit arse across the jumps.
