Yeah and its shit, the drop rate is garbage and waiting 2 hours for people to jump upto it to only get some useless crap is pretty infuriating. To be honest the main issue lies in exotics not really being all that exciting to get since year one players have most of them anyway and 3oC killed the magic in getting them.
