I agree with all of this but
add squeakers
take off sword users
like seriously
I've never used a sword in the raid and I beat everyone to the door, it's so freaking easy it's insane how people fail

Literally went into a lfg group, heard 4 squeakers and one guy trying to figure out who the runner was going to be, plate 1 etc. Squeakers friends joined chat talking about random crap. Took half an hour to figure out who was doing what with all the side convos. Couldn't hear the relic runner due to side convos so that caused a wipe I left. 40 minutes wasted for 1 attempt.
