I am. This is my first Iron Banner. I still don't really understand the drop system but it can be good fun. I just got to rank 5 earlier today and I am wondering what incentive I have to continue. I already have okay iron arms, legs and chest. The arms dropped for me when I returned to orbit after talking to Lord Saladin a few minutes after he gave me rank 5 rewards. I don't really understand why it was then. I would like the helmet still but I don't think it is going to drop.
My strategy is just to be the worst kind of person. I have all these invisibility perks for my bladedancer and I have "Don't Touch Me" arms. I stay primarily on the opponents side of the map. I use the shotgun. I steal their green ammo. I cause chaos on their flanks and run from direct confrontation. It works quite well because people are so focused on the objective and their radars that they don't hear the dude sprinting up to their backs. If they do give in and chase then my team can get the objective while they search. If I succeed then i get my super charged early and I invisible sneak up on them when they are about to get the objective and get some multi kills.
This doesn't always work. If I get killed in the process without at least two kills then it wasn't worth it and my team is just down a guy. And if someone is laggy or moving awkwardly I can miss. And it means I need to change games often because they start to catch on. Basically its my crutch because I don't have the level of twitchyness needed to face someone directly.
Either way, I imagine playing against me is not exactly fun.
