Honestly you really wouldn't. If you look at Black Ops which is all about the connection you can still play that even if you suck. Being able to play a stable game also would let you improve. This unstable weird latency shit makes gameplay virtually impossible. I would like to see destiny 100% based on bandwidth and ping only.
